NFT
Resources

So you want to learn more about NFT's but you find it soooo confusing. And it is. And that's partially due to all of the jargon. I always say, "Jardon creates barrier to entry." Here are some resources that helped me learn. If you have time to binge watch an amazing TV show, take the time to learn about where we are headed. And remember, People said credit cards would never be a thing but who's using paper checks anymore? The entire music industry turned their noses up at MP3's and digital music and who still has CDs? LOL. And by the way, people thought TV's (and radio too) were the works of the devil when they were introduced. And well well well, look at us now.

From the fine folks of VC Firm Andreeson Horowitz, this resource is one of my favorites. It's often updated and the resources are sourced by the super cool Sonal Chokshi along with Chris Dixon, Denis Nazarov, Jesse Walden, and Linda Xie. It's a go-to resource for artists and creators, developers, corporations and institutions, communities and other organizations seeking to understand or do more with non-fungible tokens.

The NFT Handbook

This is such a great book for beginners. It's where I started and it's a simplified and detailed guide on how to create, sell and buy non-fungible tokens without the need for a technical background. So no, you don't need to know what everything means. This book clearly details what NFTs are, how they have evolved, and their value. It also offers step by step instructions on all aspects of NFT creation, how to avoid getting scammed and a primer on blockchain, particularly the Ethereum cryptocurrency and “gas” fees. Get into it.

CoinDesk Podcast Network

CoinDesk is the coolest crypto platform out here, IMO. All of their Podcast are informative and bite sized. There's rarely an episode that surpasses and hour so your head won't explode, and many offer incredible tips on NFTs, Crypto and all the cool things you need to know. I love that their mission is to "build the most influential, trusted information platform for a global community engaged in the transformation of the financial system and the emerging crypto economy." BTW, I'm looking forward to their Consensus conference in Austin, TX this June (9th - 12th 2022) in Austin, TX.
